WREN

WREN
WREN is an advocacy organization envisioning a liberated South Carolina where women and girls can shape their own futures.
the challenge
After a remarkably active first eight years of work, WREN’s website had grown overrun with outdated educational materials, advocacy updates, program pages, and calls to action. The organization sought to focus the role of its website on enabling supporters to take well-informed action on behalf of women and girls.
the solution
- We parsed more than 450 pages of content, archiving and reorganizing to focus on delivering to site visitors the most pertinent and timely information, opportunities, and calls to action.
- We aesthetically simplified the site, using only a handful of WREN’s approved colors, in order to clearly direct the viewer’s gaze to important content.
- We established a library of advocacy resources, providing a one-stop shop for organizers and advocates to access the tools they need.

WREN exhibits the must-have attributes of an advocacy website: It is clear, compelling, and actionable.
