The South Carolina Telehealth Alliance (SCTA) is a collaborative network of diverse organizations united by a shared mission: to improve the health of all South Carolinians through telehealth. The Alliance provides guidance, assists with strategic development, and advises on technology and standards.
the challenge
As SCTA’s role in advancing telehealth across South Carolina continued to grow, the organization needed a website that could grow with it. The new site needed to serve as a central resource hub where providers, patients, policymakers, and community partners could find educational content, tools, videos, and best-practice guidance. It also needed to tell the story of SCTA’s impact across the state and encourage greater collaboration to improve access to care through telehealth.

Built around the needs of diverse audiences, the new site organizes educational resources, telehealth tools, videos, and partner information in an organized manner, making it simple for visitors to learn, connect, and get involved.
- Throughout the site, stories, data, and visual elements help showcase SCTA’s statewide impact, while clear pathways encourage collaboration among providers, policymakers, and community partners. The result is a website that not only serves as South Carolina’s go-to telehealth resource, but also helps strengthen the partnerships and collaborations that are improving the health of communities across the state.
