the challenge
After a decade of its own rapid growth and success, KRJ Consulting found itself with an outdated website that failed to highlight its accomplishments, expertise, and offerings; and that failed to capture the firm’s unique approach to Synergy in the workplace.
the solution
- We designed a site structure that clarifies KRJ Consulting’s offerings for both the public and private sectors, and gives visual parity to the firm’s traditional and newer services.
- We created an Insights section, which provides a home for multiple performance tools, blog posts, podcasts and guides that used to live on disparate platforms across the web. The site also includes a launchpad for the firm’s new online educational platform.
- In the visual design, we introduced a gradient of blue to gold based on KRJ Consulting’s theory of Synergy in the workplace, which highlights the potential found in between team members when they bring their best to the table.
